Notary service is available for a charge of $5 per notarization.
Prior to coming in, please 
call to insure that the Notary is in.
Fax service is available for a charge of $3 for the first page and
$1 for each page thereafter. Anyone in the office can assist you
with this.
Incoming fax service is also available. Just call the office and
advise us you have a fax coming in and it will be waiting for you at
the counter when you come in.
There is no charge for either of these services if you are a Metro
Realty customer.
