OUTDOORS

1.Spruce up all around the house. Keep lawn and shrubbery trimmed and free of bicycles and other clutter. Keep the garden beds weeded and mulched.

2.Put a flowering pot on the front step and keep it watered and trimmed.

3.Fill potholes in your driveway and dean up walkways.

4.Clean off your outdoor furniture. straighten gutters, TV antenna, and the fence.

5.Clear out the garage of everything but car & put everything back in place, hang bicycles up on hooks and organize any shelves.

6.Fix doorbells, tighten loose doorknobs, and oil squeaking hinges. Make sure folding doors are on track, repair if necessary.

8.Repair broken windows and screens, repair shutters.

INDOORS.

9.Clean everything in sight Shampoo rugs, wax floors, wash or dust walls. Wash windows and clean blinds and draperies.

10.Clean out clutter in closets and cupboards, Create space by storing extra room furniture.

11.Place your furniture so floor traffic can easily move from room to room.

12.Create a feeling of spaciousness by removing excess art work, posters, signs, family photos.

13. Keep shades and drapes open to give light and spaciousness but dose them if there is unsightly view.

15.Make your kitchen look warm and organized wash up dirty dishes. Keep the counters clutter free.

16.Organize cupboards, clean the refrigerator, throw out unused leftovers.

17.Keep over and stovetop clean. Cinnamon sticks warming in the oven makes the kitchen smell fresh.

18.Clean all light fixtures (dust, flies, etc.)

19. Keep bathrooms dean, fresh smelling, and with dean neatly hung towels.

20.Remove any stains from sinks fit any dripping faucets.

21.If you repaint, use neutral colors and add color to the room with accents (pillows pictures, crockery, etc.)

22.Light up the whole house inside (and outside if at night). Hang mirrors to make the room look larger.

23. Place plants in any roam, as large as possible but not overwhelming.
